Art galleries
Galleries are critical classrooms for the art student. The campus boasts three unique galleries, including the Northwest Arts Center, which is nationally known for its diverse exhibitions of contemporary and traditional art. It is also home to an estimable collection of artwork and historical artifacts.
Learning environment
The art department is small enough to foster strong student/instructor mentoring and large enough to attract quality professors who are engaged in outstanding research.
